On Saturday March 25th Susan led a planning workshop for the MGAHS at the Timbers, our local restaurant. Dave is the treasurer, so we were both involved. OUr of the conversations came three goals, and committees are now focused on achieving them.
1.
Create a
financial plan with annual benchmarks, operating agreements and
monitoring. Scope out the next 4
years and point beyond to 30 years.
2.
Be a true
research library with archives, storage, displays and acquisition plans
3.
Improve our community
relations: visits, exciting
programs for all ages, membership growth, communication and new fangled
technology. Measures: membership, program attendance, visitor
numbers, sales and use of products
