Making fresh mozzarella from Cagliata by Caputo Brothers Creamery.  You thaw, break it up, let it stretch on wooden spoon, fold into loaf, then make rounds.  Done in 190 degree water.  YUM.  Sparkling wine helps it go down.

Lake Anna VA weekend November 13-16

286 Winchester Trail, Mineral VA on Lake Anna. Lake Anna was created in the 90's to  cool a nuclear power plant. Filled in huge lake with lots of bays.  Water is warmer than ususal.
