New York New York with Stewarts, Jan 13-16

What a weekend Andrea and Jim planned...great meals, two performances, walking in Central Park, the newly opened Islamic Gallery in the  Metropolitan Museum of Art, World Trade Center Memorial.  We saw "Warhorse", the play, at the Lincoln Center, an excellent production of a WWI story.  On a brighter note was "Anything Goes" by Cole Porter.  It is January, so it was cold.  Andrea lent me her double layer quilted coat.  We bundled up with long underwear.

Restaurants included  Jubilee (French), Felidia (Italian), Lure (seafood) and Nobu (Japanese), Taxsim (Turkish), selected by the Stewarts. Back to pedestrian tuna sandwiches this week!

Their apartment is at 205 East 59th Street.
