Keynote speaker was Jon Meacham, Historian and Author.

Many ancestors of Chinese rail workers were there in yellow shirts and straw hats. The ceremony recognized the Chinese and had a video address by The Honorable Cui Tiankai, Ambassador of the People's Republic of China to the United States
