Mark Nelson and Mavia Barnes got married on August 13th, 2011. Dave mentored Mark in the Philadelphia Futures program starting about twelve years ago when he was 14. Mark finished high school, went to West Chester University and recently graduated from West Chester School of Nursing. Mavia is also an RN. Their daughter Makaylah is age 4.
We joined the family of 40 for the destination wedding in Jamaica for the weekend. The best part was getting to know the family better - a loving and fun family.
